Zirconia Ceramic Blind-Hole Tube Product Introduction:

Zirconia ceramic blind-hole tubes are high-performance industrial ceramic products with the following significant characteristics:

1. Mechanical Properties:

Compressive strength can reach 1200-1400 MPa, far exceeding that of ordinary metal materials.

Fracture toughness is 4 times that of alumina ceramics; it is not easily broken even when dropped from a height of 1 meter.

Mohs hardness reaches level 7, and the surface finish is close to a mirror surface.

2. Environmental Resistance:

High temperature resistance: Can work stably in high-temperature environments above 1600℃.

Corrosion resistance: Has extremely strong resistance to strong acids, strong bases, and organic solvents.

Wear resistance: The friction coefficient is only 1/2 of that of alumina ceramics.

3. Other Characteristics:

Thermal expansion coefficient is close to that of metals (9.4 × 10⁻⁶/℃ at 25-1500℃).

Low thermal conductivity (2.09 W/(m·K) at 1000℃).

Excellent electrical insulation performance (greater than 10 KV/mm).
