Zirconia ceramic wheels are high-performance ceramic materials primarily composed of zirconium dioxide (ZrO₂).  They are typically white at room temperature and contain trace amounts of hafnium dioxide (HfO₂) and the stabilizer yttrium oxide (Y₂O₃). Their mineral composition and microstructure directly affect their performance, and they are usually composed of crystalline and glassy phases.

1. Wear Resistance: Hardness reaches HRC85 or higher, which is more than 3 times that of stainless steel, and the lifespan is 3-5 times longer than traditional metal discs.

2. High Temperature Resistance: Can withstand high temperatures of 1600℃, maintaining dimensional stability during long-term operation at high temperatures.

3. Chemical Stability: Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and does not react with common disinfectants such as alcohol and iodine.

4. High-Precision Machining Capability: Surface roughness can reach Ra0.02 micrometers, and the flatness error does not exceed 0.005 millimeters.

5. Biocompatibility: Widely used in the medical field, it does not cause allergic or rejection reactions in the human body.
