Introduction to Zirconia Ceramic Threaded Products

Zirconia ceramic threaded products are threaded components made from zirconium dioxide (ZrO₂) ceramic material, possessing characteristics such as high strength, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. They are primarily manufactured through processes such as powder injection molding and high-temperature sintering, and are widely used in aerospace, electronics, medical devices, and petrochemical industries for manufacturing high-precision electronic components, anti-interference devices, and connectors in high-temperature environments.

Manufacturing Process

1. Slip Casting: Forming through physical dehydration and chemical coagulation.

2. Hot Press Casting: Mixing with a binder at 60-100℃ and then injecting into a metal mold.

3. Tape Casting: Preparing a viscous slurry and then drying it into a film.

Application Areas

Aerospace: Electronic equipment insulation components, high-temperature connectors.

Electronics Industry: Circuit boards, connectors, sensors.

Medical Devices: Artificial joints, dental implants.

Petrochemical Industry: Pipes, valves, pump bodies.

Mechanical Engineering: Precision bearings, cutting tools.
