T-type silicon nitride threaded products are special industrial components made from silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) ceramic material, belonging to the category of advanced structural ceramic products. Silicon nitride ceramic is an atomic crystal material with the following significant characteristics:

1. Mechanical Properties: Bending strength can reach 600-800 MPa, Vickers hardness up to 2200, Mohs hardness 9-9.5 (second only to diamond), and elastic modulus 28420-46060 MPa.

2. Thermal Stability: Oxidation starting temperature is 1300-1400℃, thermal expansion coefficient is only 2.8-3.2 × 10⁻⁶/℃, and it can withstand rapid cooling and heating at 1000℃ without cracking.

3. Corrosion Resistance: Except for hydrofluoric acid, it can withstand most inorganic acids and sodium hydroxide solutions below 30%, and exhibits inertness to molten metals and salt media.

4. Processing Characteristics: The minimum machinable internal thread is M2, external threads are unlimited, dimensional accuracy can reach up to 0.003mm, and surface finish can reach R-grade.
