Si3N4 ceramic balls is a precision ceramic sintered at high temperature in a non-oxidizing atmosphere,with high strength, high wear resistance, high temperature resistance, high corrosion resistance , can be used in seawater for a long time, and have good electrical and magnetic insulation properties. At 1000℃, the strength and hardness remain almost unchanged. Its density is 3.23g/cm³, which is almost 1/3 of the weight of bearing steel. The centrifugal force is small during rotation, which can realize high-speed operation. It also has self-lubricating properties and can be used in highly polluted environments without lubricating media. It has become the preferred ball for ceramic bearings.
