Silicon Nitride Ceramic Bushing Product Introduction

Silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) ceramic bushings are high-performance engineering ceramic products with the following significant characteristics:

Excellent mechanical properties: High strength (Vickers hardness exceeding 1800 HV), high toughness, and excellent wear resistance, suitable for high-load environments.

1. High temperature resistance: Can operate stably in high-temperature environments above 1200°C, with a low coefficient of thermal expansion (approximately 2.5×10⁻⁶/K), reducing thermal stress.

2. Chemical stability: Exhibits excellent resistance to molten non-ferrous metals, acidic salt spray, and organic solvents.

3. Self-lubricating properties: The glass phase at the grain boundaries, combined with a low surface roughness (Ra≤0.2μm), improves anti-adhesive wear performance.

4. Lightweight: Density is 59% lower than steel, reducing centrifugal force during high-speed operation.
