Zirconia Ceramic Probe Product Introduction

The zirconia ceramic probe is a sensor that utilizes a zirconia ceramic sensitive element to measure the oxygen content in gases.  It is primarily used for industrial gas oxygen content detection. Its operating temperature range covers 500℃-1400℃, and it is widely used in industrial applications such as metallurgy, heat treatment, power generation, ceramics, and waste incinerators.

Product Features

1. High Temperature Stability:  Operates stably in high-temperature environments from 500℃ to 1400℃.

2. High Sensitivity: Capable of detecting oxygen content from ppm levels to percentage levels.

3. No Magnetic Interference: Suitable for precision measurement environments, such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and electron microscopy.

4. Chemical Stability: Resistant to strong acids and bases, exhibiting strong chemical inertness.

5. Wide Measurement Range: Applicable to the detection of various oxygen concentration ranges.
