2. High temperature resistance: Melting point is approximately 2650℃ to 2715℃, with a high boiling point.

3. Corrosion resistance: Chemically inert, resistant to corrosion from various chemical media.

4. Low thermal expansion coefficient: Excellent dimensional stability under temperature changes.

The zirconia precision ceramic plunger rod possesses the following technical characteristics and structural design:

1. Material Composition:

The surfaces in contact with the medium and the working surfaces are made of zirconia ceramic.

The plunger rod and the metal handle are mechanically connected.

Adhesive is applied between the ceramic part and the metal handle to prevent loosening of the threads.

Surface roughness can reach Ra≤0.008μm (equivalent to 1/8000 of a human hair).

The friction coefficient is as low as 0.02.

The service life is 10 times longer than that of metal plungers.
