Porous zirconia ceramic dispensing valve

Porous zirconia ceramic dispensing valve

Service Life: Withstands up to 10,000 switching cycles without leakage under harsh operating conditions.

Sealing Performance: Achieves "zero leakage" sealing effect, and the low torque design reduces operating force.

Environmental Adaptability: Withstands complex operating conditions such as high pressure, high-speed fluid flow, and particle erosion.

Maintenance Costs: Significantly reduces maintenance costs and downtime, eliminating the need for frequent repairs.

Operating Efficiency: The self-lubricating surface significantly reduces friction loss and improves valve opening and closing efficiency.

Product Introduction of Porous Zirconia Ceramic Dispensing Valves

The porous zirconia ceramic dispensing valve is a high-performance industrial fluid control component, manufactured using high-purity zirconia ceramic (ZrO₂) as the core material combined with precision machining technology. This product is widely used in industrial applications with stringent requirements for sealing, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, such as in the chemical, energy, and electronics manufacturing industries.

Material Characteristics

1. High Hardness and Wear Resistance: Zirconia ceramic has a hardness of over HRA88 (second only to diamond), and its wear resistance is more than 10 times that of metal valve cores.

2. Corrosion Resistance:  Except for molten glass and hydrofluoric acid, it exhibits extremely strong resistance to corrosive media such as acids, bases, and salts.

3. High Temperature Stability: It can withstand temperatures up to 134℃, with a deformation rate of only 0.02% in high-temperature sterilization environments.

4. Outstanding Mechanical Properties: Bending strength exceeds 800MPa, and compressive strength exceeds 3000MPa.

5. Low Friction Coefficient: The naturally formed oxide film on the surface has special friction characteristics, with a friction coefficient of only 0.02.

Structural Features

1. Precision Machining: The sphere's roundness is strictly controlled, and the surface finish reaches W2 grade (ultra-precision machining standard).

2. Cushioning Design: Built-in cushioning and compensating elastic washers ensure stable and excellent sealing performance.

3. Diverse Structures:  Available in various structural forms, including needle type, back-suction type, and plunger type, to meet different fluid control needs.

4. Scientific Composition: Composed of six scientifically and rationally designed components, with contact machining between the valve ball and valve seat surface.

Application Areas

1. Energy and Power: Boiler steam pipelines and flue gas desulfurization systems in thermal power plants.

2. Chemical and Metallurgical Industries: Acid, alkali, and salt media transfer valves in petroleum refining and chemical reactors.

3. Electronics Manufacturing: Precision dispensing, potting, and non-contact jetting processes.

4. Medical Equipment: Corrosion-resistant, high-precision fluid control systems.
