Ⅰ.Zirconia Ceramic Tough, High-Temperature Resistant, Arc-Shaped Cup-Type Spring Ceramic Product Introduction

Zirconia ceramic is a high-performance ceramic material with the following significant characteristics:

1. High hardness and high toughness: Hardness up to HV1200-1600, and fracture toughness ≥10MPa・m¹/², effectively resisting high-stress environments.

2. Excellent high-temperature resistance: Melting point up to 2715℃, maintaining stable performance in high-temperature environments above 1400℃.

3. Excellent wear resistance: Achieves phase transformation toughening through crystal structure transformation (monoclinic phase, tetragonal phase, cubic phase).

4. Low thermal expansion coefficient: Good dimensional stability under temperature changes, suitable for precision applications.

The curved cup-shaped spring ceramic combines special design and material advantages:

1. Curved cup-shaped structure: Possibly inspired by the design principle of a roly-poly toy, it is lighter at the top and heavier at the bottom, with a thickened, rounded base design, concentrating the weight at the bottom center.
