Silicon nitride ceramic threaded inserts are threaded fasteners made from silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) material. Their basic structural unit is the [Si₃N₄] tetrahedron, forming a three-dimensional network structure. This structure gives the material extremely high intrinsic strength and toughness.

High Strength: Bending strength can reach over 800 MPa, Vickers hardness 2200.
