Silicon nitride ceramic single-hole nozzles are special industrial nozzles manufactured from silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) material. They possess ultra-high hardness, excellent high-temperature resistance, and superior corrosion resistance. Their microstructure is polycrystalline, composed of many microcrystals, and the grain boundary structure significantly influences their performance. Compared to materials such as zirconia, silicon nitride ceramics exhibit superior wear resistance and erosion resistance, with a wear rate of only 0.1% under the same testing conditions.
