Silicon nitride ceramic bushings are high-performance ceramic materials made from silicon nitride (Si₃N₄), possessing excellent high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. Their microstructure consists of interwoven elongated β-Si₃N₄ grains, which gives the material extremely high strength and toughness.

Stable operation in air up to 1200℃, and up to 1400℃ under protective atmosphere.

Short-term temperature resistance up to 1800℃.

2. Mechanical Properties:

Vickers hardness reaches 1480-1560 HV.

Compressive strength reaches 3447 MPa.

3. Thermal Characteristics:

Coefficient of thermal expansion is only 3.0-3.5×10⁻⁶/℃.

Can withstand rapid temperature changes from 1000℃ to cold water.

4. Chemical Stability:

Extremely strong resistance to most acids, bases, and corrosive media.

Only slowly corrodes in hydrofluoric acid (HF).
