Product Introduction of Silicon Nitride Ceramic Blocks

Silicon nitride ceramic (Si₃N₄) is an inorganic ceramic material that does not shrink during sintering and possesses the following remarkable characteristics:

1. High strength: Hot-pressed silicon nitride is one of the hardest materials in the world, with a bending strength of over 800 MPa at room temperature.

2. High temperature resistance: It can operate stably for extended periods at 1400℃, and still maintains a strength of 500 MPa at high temperatures (1200℃).

3. Wear resistance: It has a Mohs hardness of 9.0, and its wear rate is only 1/10 of that of metal materials.

4. Thermal properties: It has a low coefficient of thermal expansion (3.2×10⁻⁶/℃), a thermal conductivity of 15-30 W/m·K, and excellent thermal shock resistance (ΔT>800℃).

5. Chemical stability: It exhibits good corrosion resistance to most molten metals, acids, and bases.

Application Fields

1. Mechanical Industry: Bearing balls, valves, pipes, ceramic cutting tools, mechanical sealing rings.

2. Semiconductors: Integrated circuit substrates (thermal conductivity 80-90 W/mK), power modules (IGBT/SiC).

3. New Energy Vehicles: Motor bearings (can withstand operating temperatures of 300-500℃).

4. Aerospace: Engine turbine components.

5. Biomedical: Next-generation bioceramic materials.

6. Industrial Kiln Furniture: Service life is 30%-50% longer than alumina ceramics.
