Silicon carbide ring special-shaped parts are non-standardized mechanical parts made of silicon carbide (SiC) as the main material, with complex geometric shapes and special functional designs. 1. High thermal conductivity: The thermal conductivity is as high as 120-150 W/(m·K), which is 3-4 times that of ordinary ceramics.
2. Excellent insulation performance: volume resistivity >10¹⁴Ω·cm, breakdown voltage up to 25-30 kV/mm.
3. High temperature resistance: the working temperature can reach over 1600°C, and the melting point can reach as high as 2700°C.
