Ⅰ.Silicon carbide ceramic sealing ring product introduction:

Silicon carbide ceramic sealing ring is an industrial sealing component made of silicon carbide (SiC) as the main raw material through sintering, vibration molding and other processes. It has the following significant characteristics:

1. High temperature performance‌: high temperature resistance up to 1800℃ or above, high high temperature strength and small creep, low thermal expansion coefficient (about 4.2×10⁻⁶/℃), and excellent thermal shock resistance.

2. Mechanical properties‌: high hardness (Mohs hardness 9.2-9.5), high elastic modulus (400-450 GPa), compressive strength >2200 MPa, flexural strength >350 MPa.

3. Chemical stability‌: It has strong resistance to corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and salts, and has excellent chemical inertness.

4. Thermal properties‌: high thermal conductivity (120-200 W/m·K), 3-4 times that of ordinary ceramics.

5. Tribological properties‌: low friction coefficient, excellent wear resistance and self-lubricating properties.
