Ⅰ.
Silicon carbide ceramic ring product introduction:
Silicon carbide wear-resistant ceramic ring is an industrial ceramic component made from silicon carbide (SiC) as the main raw material through sintering, vibration molding and other processes. Its core properties include:
High Hardness: Mohs hardness is approximately 9.5, second only to diamond, allowing it to maintain excellent performance in high-wear environments.
High strength: The bending strength is as high as 600-800 MPa, and it can still maintain high strength under high temperatures.
Low density: about 3.2 g/cm³, which reduces weight while meeting mechanical strength requirements.
Excellent corrosion resistance: Good corrosion resistance to most acids, alkalis and molten salts. High thermal stability: Maintain stable mechanical properties and chemical properties up to 1400°C.
High thermal shock resistance: able to withstand rapid temperature changes without cracking.
Ⅱ.
Product features.
1. Superior wear resistance:
Vickers hardness HV 2500-2800, low friction coefficient (0.02-0.1).
The annual wear amount is <1μm, which is particularly suitable for high-speed sliding contact environments.
2. Special environmental adaptability:
The melting point is as high as 2700℃, and it can withstand high-pressure steam sterilization above 121℃.
It can work continuously for several years in a vacuum or inert atmosphere and maintain intact functions.
3. Excellent thermal properties:
Thermal conductivity is 120-200 W/m·K, which is 3-4 times that of ordinary ceramics.
The thermal expansion coefficient is only 4.0-4.5×10⁻⁶/K, and the dimensions are stable under temperature fluctuations.
4. Chemical stability:
It hardly reacts with any acid or alkali at room temperature.
It has good oxidation resistance and forms a protective oxide layer at high temperatures.
