1. Mechanical Properties: Vickers hardness of 1250 HV, fracture toughness of 8-10 MPa·m¹/², compressive strength of 2100 MPa, and flexural strength of 800 MPa.

2. Thermal Properties: Melting point of 2715℃, long-term resistance to high temperatures of 1000-1400℃, and a thermal expansion coefficient of 10.0×10⁻⁶/℃.

3. Chemical Stability: Exhibits extremely low reactivity to organic solvents and strong acids and bases, with a chemical bond energy as high as 776 kJ/mol.

4. Microstructure: Volume density ≥5.7 g/cm³, water absorption rate close to 0%, effectively preventing the penetration of organic molecules.
