Ⅰ. Material Characteristics

1. Purity Grade: 99% alumina ceramic (Al₂O₃ content ≥99%) features high insulation, high temperature resistance (melting point 2054℃), and excellent wear resistance, making it suitable for high-frequency insulation and high-temperature corrosive environments. Its dielectric constant (9.9@1MHz) and dielectric loss (≤0.0002) are significantly superior to 96% alumina ceramic, making it suitable for precision electronics fields such as 5G communication.

2. Forming Process:

● Dry Pressing: Suitable for mass production of simple-shaped bushings, offering high efficiency and controllable costs.

● Isostatic Pressing: Used for complex irregularly shaped parts, resulting in uniform green body density and a bending strength of up to 700MPa after sintering.

● Injection Molding: Can manufacture structural components with micron-level precision, such as electronic connectors and sealed housings.


Ⅱ.Application Scenarios

1. Electronic Ceramic Structural Components: As integrated circuit substrates and high-frequency insulating materials, 99% alumina ceramics are widely used in semiconductor equipment, vacuum furnace tubes, and precision instruments due to their low dielectric loss and high thermal conductivity.

2. Wear-Resistant and Corrosion-Resistant Components: Discharge bushings utilize their high hardness (Mohs hardness 9) and impact resistance, making them suitable for material handling systems in chemical, metallurgical, and other industries.

3. Customized Shaped Parts: Non-standard ceramic tubes, bushings, and sealing rings can be produced through precision machining to meet the special needs of mechanical sealing, biomedical, and other fields.
