Ⅰ. Core Material Characteristics

1. Alumina Ceramic Components: High-purity alumina (92% alumina/95% alumina/99% alumina) possesses a hardness of HRA85 or higher, with wear resistance more than 10 times that of metal, and can withstand high-temperature environments up to 350℃.

The mirror-polished ceramic surface reduces material adhesion and improves sealing performance, making it suitable for abrasive conditions involving high-concentration alumina slurries.

2. 304 Stainless Steel Valve Sleeve: 304 stainless steel provides corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, suitable for various chemical media (such as particles, oils, etc.), but should be avoided in environments containing fluoride ions or strong alkalis.
