1. Physical Properties:

Density: ≥6.0 g/cm³ (higher than the 4.0 g/cm³ of ordinary 65 zirconia beads).

Hardness: Vickers hardness >1200 kgf/mm² (Mohs 9), excellent wear resistance.

Strength: Crushing strength >150 kgf (2mm specification), excellent fracture resistance.

Porous characteristics: Low density, high strength, high porosity, large specific surface area.

2. Material Characteristics:

Possesses martensitic phase transformation toughening, microcrack toughening, and dispersion toughening effects.

Good high-temperature stability, low thermal conductivity, and low high-temperature creep.

Application Areas

1. Industrial Applications:

Catalysis: Used as catalysts and catalyst supports.

Thermal Insulation: Used in aerospace vehicles and engineering structural materials.

Filtration: Used for filtering various cast steel and large cast iron parts, with a maximum operating temperature of 1760℃.
