Ⅰ.Product Introduction of Zirconia Ceramic Spacer Blocks:

Zirconia ceramic wear-resistant grooved round discs are high-performance ceramic products made from zirconia (ZrO₂) material. They possess characteristics such as high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and excellent electrical insulation. This product is mainly used in machinery, electronics, petroleum, chemical, textile, and precision measuring instrument industries, and is particularly suitable for applications in high-friction, high-temperature, and corrosive environments.

1. Grooved Design: The grooved structure may be used to improve friction performance or facilitate installation and fixation. The specific design can be customized according to application requirements.

2. High-Precision Machining: Through precision grinding, the surface roughness can reach Ra0.02 micrometers, and the flatness error does not exceed 0.005 millimeters.

3. Thermal Stability: The dimensions remain stable during long-term operation at high temperatures and can withstand temperatures up to 1600℃.

1. Hardness Index: Mohs hardness of approximately 8.5, Vickers hardness exceeding 1500 HV.

2. Wear Rate: Significantly lower than metal materials; service life is 3-5 times longer than metal products under the same working conditions.

3. Test Data: In sandblasting or high-pressure water cutting applications, the service life of zirconia ceramic products can be more than 10 times that of metal products.
