The zirconia dispensing nozzle is a high-performance industrial nozzle made of zirconia ceramic material, possessing excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and chemical stability. This product is widely used in precision dispensing, spraying, sandblasting, and other industrial fields, and is particularly suitable for high-precision, high-wear, and high-temperature working conditions.

1. Main Features

Excellent wear resistance: The wear resistance of zirconia ceramic is 15 times that of alumina, and its friction coefficient is only 1/2 to 1/3 of that of alumina, significantly extending its service life.

Excellent high-temperature stability: With a melting point of up to 2700℃, it can work continuously in high-temperature environments of ≤1050℃, and its thermal expansion coefficient (5.0×10⁻⁶/K) is close to that of steel.

High surface finish: After grinding, the surface finish can reach mirror-like quality (Ra≤0.2μm), resulting in lower fluid resistance and a 28% reduction in energy consumption.

Outstanding chemical stability: Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, it performs excellently in extreme corrosive environments, reducing annual replacement costs by 75%.

High hardness and strength: Mohs hardness of 8.8-9.0, compressive strength of 2500Mpa, and bending strength of 1200Mpa.
