Zirconia Ceramic Rotary Valve Sleeve Product Introduction

Zirconia ceramic rotary valve sleeves are industrial valve components that utilize high-purity zirconia ceramic (ZrO₂) as the core sealing component, employing a rotary structural design. Its main structure includes:

1. Valve body: Usually made of metal or ceramic materials.

2. Valve seat/valve sleeve: The core sealing component made of zirconia ceramic.

3. Valve core: Rotary components such as spheres or gates, also made of zirconia ceramic material.

4. Packing: Corrosion-resistant materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

Performance Characteristics

1. Wear Resistance: With a hardness of HRA88 or higher, it exhibits extremely low wear rate, resulting in a service life 2-4 times longer than metal valve cores.

2. Corrosion Resistance: It has strong resistance to corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and salts (except hydrofluoric acid and glass solutions).

3. Sealing Performance: The high sphericity of the ball and its self-lubricating properties achieve a "zero leakage" sealing effect.

4. Thermal Stability: It is resistant to high temperatures and thermal shock, maintaining its shape stability even in high-temperature environments.

5. Low Friction Loss: The unique self-lubricating properties of zirconia ceramic significantly reduce friction loss.

Application Fields

Zirconia ceramic rotary valve sleeves are widely used in industrial applications with stringent requirements for sealing, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance:

1. Energy and Power: Boiler steam pipelines, flue gas desulfurization (FGD) systems, and ash and slag removal devices in thermal power plants.

2. Chemical and Metallurgy: Acid, alkali, and salt media transfer valves in petroleum refining and chemical reactors, and slurry control valves for media containing particles/fibers.

3. Pharmaceutical and Food: Media transfer systems with strict hygiene requirements.

4. Water Treatment: Control of water containing particles or corrosive substances.
