Zirconia Ceramic Rolling Mill Roll Product Introduction:

Zirconia ceramic rolling mill rolls are industrial rolls made from zirconia (ZrO₂) ceramic material, possessing the following significant characteristics:

1. High Strength and High Wear Resistance: Zirconia ceramic rolling mill rolls have a grinding interval more than four times longer than alloy steel rolls under high oil pressure, and the number of possible regrinds is far greater than that of alloy steel rolls.

2. Excellent Physical Properties: Volume density of 5.5~6.05 g/cm³, melting point as high as 2715℃, bending strength up to 1100 MPa, and fracture toughness of 12 MPam^(1/2).

3. Resistance to Extreme Environments: Can operate stably in high-temperature environments above 1600℃, with a thermal expansion coefficient close to that of metals (9.4×10⁻⁶/℃), and resistance to strong acid corrosion.

4. Precision Manufacturing: The inner diameter accuracy of nano-zirconia ceramic components can reach 0.001 mm, suitable for high-precision machining applications.
