Zirconia Ceramic Metering Pump Product Introduction:
The zirconia ceramic metering pump is a high-precision liquid dispensing and metering pump that utilizes the wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and high-temperature resistant properties of zirconia ceramic, and is manufactured through precision machining. The metering components of this product are made of a new type of precision ceramic material, featuring non-adsorption of drugs, no chemical reaction with drugs, accurate metering, and a long service life. It is widely used in liquid transportation and metering in the pharmaceutical, electronics, chemical, and other industries.
Main Features
1. Wear Resistance: With a Mohs hardness of 8-9 (second only to diamond), its wear resistance is more than 10 times that of 316L stainless steel.
2. Corrosion Resistance: It can resist strong corrosive media such as sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide. Weight loss is <0.01g after 30 days of immersion in 10% hydrochloric acid.
3. High Temperature Resistance: The melting point is as high as 2700°C, and it can maintain high strength even above 850°C.
4. High-Precision Metering: Filling accuracy can reach ±0.5%, meeting stringent industrial requirements.
5. Biocompatibility: Suitable for the pharmaceutical and food industries, ensuring no contamination and no leakage.
6. Self-Lubricating Properties: Low coefficient of friction (0.02), allowing for long-term operation without lubrication.
Application Fields
1. Pharmaceutical Manufacturing: Filling of sterile injectable preparations such as vaccines and antibiotics, and metering of aqueous and lyophilized injectable solutions.
2. New Energy: Lithium-ion battery electrolyte transfer (requiring iron ion precipitation <0.1 ppb).
3. Semiconductor: Photoresist coating (pulsation rate <0.5%), and particle-free transfer in CMP processes.
4. Chemical and Environmental Protection: Transfer of highly corrosive media (such as sulfuric acid), and handling of highly abrasive media containing solid particles.
5. Food and Beverage: Infant formula production, and essence liquid filling.
Working Principle
1. Mechanical Drive: Negative and positive pressure are generated through the linear up-and-down movement of the ceramic plunger, drawing in and expelling liquid.
2. Precision Control: The plunger and sleeve are precisely matched, and closed-loop control is achieved through sensor feedback.
3. One-way Valve System: Two one-way valves operating in opposite directions ensure continuous fluid supply.
4. Variable Displacement: The pump's displacement is adjusted by changing the angle of the swashplate (manual or servo control).
Supports custom specifications.
