Zirconia Ceramic Ball Teeth Product Introduction:

Zirconia ceramic ball teeth are industrial products made from zirconia (ZrO₂) as the base material, usually with the addition of stabilizers such as yttrium oxide (Y₂O₃) to improve thermal stability. This product possesses high density, high hardness, and excellent wear resistance, and is widely used in various industrial fields.

Performance Characteristics

1. Wear Resistance: The wear rate is 40% lower than that of steel balls under high-speed grinding conditions, with a Vickers hardness of >1200 kg/mm².

2. High Impact Resistance: Crushing strength exceeds 150 kgf, capable of withstanding mechanical impact during high-speed operation of grinding mills.

3. Thermal Stability: The thermal expansion coefficient is close to that of metal materials (10.0 × 10⁻⁶/K), reducing thermal stress damage.

4. Surface Characteristics: The pearlescent surface reduces material adhesion, and maintains a uniform wear pattern even after wear.

Application Fields

1. Mining Machinery: Used in wear-resistant components for equipment such as crushers and ball mills.

2. Construction Industry: Wear-resistant components for concrete mixing equipment and stone processing machinery.

3. Precision Machining: Ultra-fine grinding of titanium alloys and ceramic matrix composites in the aerospace field.

4. Chemical Production: Titanium dioxide dispersion and wet grinding of polymer materials.

5. Electronics Manufacturing: Polishing and dispersion of optical connector components.
