Silicon Nitride Shaft Product Introduction

Silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) shafts are high-performance engineering ceramic products with the following significant characteristics:

1. High strength and high hardness: Vickers hardness HV0.5 ≥ 1550, bending strength ≥ 600 MPa, fracture toughness ≥ 6.0 MPa·m¹/².

2. Excellent wear resistance: Friction coefficient as low as 0.02-0.04 (under dry friction conditions), with self-lubricating effect.

3. High temperature resistance: Can operate stably in high-temperature environments up to 1200°C.

4. Low density: Density is approximately 40% of steel, suitable for lightweight applications.

5. Corrosion resistance: Excellent corrosion resistance to a variety of chemical media.
