Product Introduction of Silicon Nitride Porous Ceramic Valve Plates:

Silicon nitride porous ceramic valve plates combine the advantages of both silicon nitride ceramics and porous materials, exhibiting the following significant characteristics:

1.Mechanical Properties: Bending strength of 600-800 MPa, fracture toughness of 6.5-8.5 MPa·m¹/², hardness HV10 ≥ 1500, and excellent wear resistance.

2.Thermal Properties: Operating temperature up to 1600℃, thermal conductivity of 80-120 W/(m·K), thermal expansion coefficient of 3.0×10⁻⁶/°C, and excellent thermal shock resistance.

3.Chemical Stability: Extremely strong corrosion resistance to most acids, bases, and molten metals (except hydrofluoric acid).

4.Porous Characteristics: High porosity, large specific surface area, good permeability, and density of 3.1-3.3 g/cm³.

Application Fields

Silicon nitride porous ceramic valve plates are widely used in the following fields:

1.Chemical industry: Corrosion-resistant pump bodies, ball valves, filters, and reactor linings.

2.Machinery: High-temperature bearings, sealing rings, and wear-resistant components.

3.Environmental protection: Gas-liquid fluid filters and catalyst carriers.

4.Electronics: High-frequency circuit substrates and heat dissipation materials.

5.Aerospace: Engine components and thermal protection materials.
