Silicon nitride bearing multi-groove polished shaped parts are high-performance ceramic structural components made from silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) ceramic material, possessing the following significant characteristics:

1.High strength and high toughness: Bending strength > 800 MPa, fracture toughness > 6 MPa·m¹/², capable of withstanding high mechanical and thermal stresses.

2.Superior wear resistance: Vickers hardness reaches Hv 1400-1600, with a low coefficient of friction and self-lubricating properties.

3.Excellent high-temperature performance: Operating temperature can reach 1200°C (in air) to 1400°C (in a protective atmosphere).

4.Chemical stability: Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and a protective silicon dioxide layer forms on the surface in an oxidizing atmosphere.

5.Low density: Density is only about 40% of steel (approximately 3.2-3.3 g/cm³), suitable for lightweight applications.
