Product Introduction of Silicon Carbide Ceramic Welding Rollers

Silicon carbide ceramic welding rollers are a new type of refractory kiln furniture and a core component of roller kilns, primarily used for conveying ceramic or glass products in high-temperature environments. Made from silicon carbide (SiC) material, they possess excellent high-temperature resistance and serve to support and transport ceramic blanks and products in roller kilns and roller drying kilns.


Performance Advantages

1. High-temperature performance: Maintains high strength at 1400℃, far superior to metal materials (high-chromium cast iron's strength has already decreased to below 30% at 1000℃).

2. Wear resistance: Surface wear rate is only 1/20 of that of high-chromium cast iron, and the service life can be more than 3 times that of metal guide rollers.

3. Dimensional stability: Almost no high-temperature deformation, ensuring product dimensional accuracy (thickness fluctuation < ±1 mm).

4. Corrosion resistance: Chemically inert to iron oxide slag and molten steel, preventing corrosion defects.
