Silicon carbide ceramic high thermal conductivity special-shaped parts are polymorphous industrial materials made from silicon carbide (SiC) as the main raw material through sintering, vibration molding and other processes. They have the following significant characteristics:

1. High thermal conductivity‌: The theoretical thermal conductivity is as high as 270W/m·K, far exceeding traditional ceramic materials and more than 10 times that of alumina ceramics.

2. High temperature resistance‌: Long-term service temperature can reach 1700℃, and it can operate stably up to 1000℃ in oxidizing environment.

3. Mechanical properties: room temperature flexural strength 400-600MPa, Mohs hardness 9.0-9.5 (diamond = 10).

4. Thermal stability‌: The thermal expansion coefficient is only 4.0×10⁻⁶/K, and the thermal shock resistance reaches 500℃/s temperature change rate without cracking.

5. Chemical stability‌: Resistant to strong acid and strong alkali corrosion, and has extremely low chemical activity in vacuum or inert atmosphere.
