Silicon carbide ceramic high thermal conductivity special-shaped parts are polymorphous industrial materials made from silicon carbide (SiC) as the main raw material through sintering, vibration molding and other processes. They have the following significant characteristics:
1. High thermal conductivity: The theoretical thermal conductivity is as high as 270W/m·K, far exceeding traditional ceramic materials and more than 10 times that of alumina ceramics.
2. High temperature resistance: Long-term service temperature can reach 1700℃, and it can operate stably up to 1000℃ in oxidizing environment.
3. Mechanical properties: room temperature flexural strength 400-600MPa, Mohs hardness 9.0-9.5 (diamond = 10).
