Product Introduction of Alumina Ceramic Valve Sleeves
Alumina ceramic valve sleeves are industrial ceramic products primarily composed of aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃). They are mainly used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, and wastewater treatment industries for fluid pipelines transporting fluids containing solid particles or highly corrosive media. Addressing the problems of leakage, high torque, and corrosive failure of sealing surfaces in traditional metal valves under harsh operating conditions, this product is manufactured using toughened ceramic materials, possessing excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high-temperature resistance.
Performance Characteristics:
• Wear Resistance: Rockwell hardness reaches HRC90, providing a lifespan 2-4 times longer than metal valve plates.
• Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to strong acids, strong bases, and organic solvents.
• High Temperature Stability: Operating temperature range from -29℃ to 540℃.
• Sealing Performance: Surface roughness Ra≤0.4μm, achieving zero leakage sealing.
Application Fields:
• Chemical Industry: Conveying highly corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and sodium hydroxide.
• Power Industry: Ash and slag handling and desulfurization and denitrification systems in coal-fired power plants.
• Oil and Gas: High-pressure pipelines, resisting H2S corrosion.
• Wastewater Treatment: Treating wastewater containing solid particles and corrosive substances.
• Metallurgy Industry: Control of highly abrasive media such as blast furnace gas, ore slurry, and steel slag.
