Ⅰ. Product Characteristics and Materials

1. Material Properties: Alumina ceramics (95% alumina/99% alumina) possess high hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance (up to 1700℃), insulation, and chemical stability, making them suitable for corrosive and anti-magnetic environments. Zirconia ceramic rods and tubes combine high toughness and high strength, making them suitable for precision mechanical components.

2. Processing Technology:  Various processes are supported, including slip casting, dry pressing, and isostatic pressing, enabling precision machining to within 0.003mm. Customization of complex structures such as irregularly shaped parts, threaded rods, and capillary tubes is available.

1. Alumina Ceramic Rods and Tubes:

● Specifications: Diameter 4mm-100mm, customizable length, available in solid rods, hollow tubes, and porous tubes.

● Applications: Insulation protection tubes, magnetron components, high-temperature furnace parts, sealing rings, etc.

2. Alumina Ceramic Plungers:

● Features: Surface polished to a mirror finish, clearance ≤0.003mm, suitable for sealing applications in lithium-ion battery injection pumps, mud pumps, etc.

● Material: 99% alumina ceramic, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and can withstand acidic and alkaline environments.
