FAQ

Alumina ceramic metering pumps, ceramic pump valves, and precision ceramic valve cores and sleeves are a type of industrial fluid control equipment that uses high-performance ceramic materials (such as alumina and zirconia) as core components. They possess characteristics such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high precision, and are widely used in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, semiconductors, and other fields.

Alumina Ceramic Metering Pump

1. Core Features

• High precision: Metering accuracy error can be controlled within ±5‰, suitable for micro-liter level fluid dispensing.

• Wear and corrosion resistance: The acid and alkali corrosion resistance of alumina ceramic (HRA≥85) is more than 10 times that of 316L stainless steel, suitable for conveying highly corrosive or particle-containing media.

• Aseptic design: Surface roughness ≤0.1μm, can withstand high-temperature sterilization above 140℃, complying with GMP/FDA standards.

Application Scenarios

• Pharmaceutical industry: Filling of vaccines and sterile injections, avoiding metal ion contamination.

• New energy: Electrolyte transportation, iron ion precipitation <0.1ppb.

• Chemical industry: Catalyst transportation in high-pressure and high-wear environments.
