Through independent technological research and development, the company has established a complete production chain for silicon nitride bearing balls, from powder preparation, granulation, pressing, sintering to precision machining. Its products have entered the testing phase at several leading bearing manufacturers and the company possesses stable production capabilities.
The company's core team primarily originates from top research institutions and universities such as the China Institute of Atomic Energy, the Xiamen Rare Earth Materials Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Southwest University of Science and Technology. After three years of process development, Huaci Julai has successfully established a complete production chain for silicon nitride bearing balls, from granulation and pressing to sintering and precision machining. Huaci Julai has independently designed and implemented new processing equipment, increasing the single-batch processing capacity of silicon nitride bearing balls to 50 kilograms (compared to the typical 5-10 kilograms for traditional equipment). The yield rate in mass production can reach over 95%. This process optimizes the stress state and motion trajectory of the balls during processing, effectively addressing the problem of large diameter variations in high-precision bearing ball polishing, significantly improving the batch consistency of the finished balls, and greatly enhancing both processing accuracy and efficiency. In terms of technical indicators, Huaci Julai's silicon nitride bearing balls have passed testing and certification by domestic authoritative institutions, consistently achieving G3 precision. It is one of the few domestic companies currently capable of producing G3 precision bearing balls, meeting the application requirements of most high-demand scenarios such as high-end machine tools, semiconductor equipment, and medical equipment. G3 precision is currently the highest level in the domestic national standard, with key indicators including ball diameter variation ≤ 0.08 micrometers (μm), sphericity deviation ≤ 0.08 micrometers (μm), and surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.01 micrometers (μm). Achieving this precision means that the bearings have less vibration, lower noise, and longer lifespan during high-speed operation, making them essential core components for cutting-edge equipment such as high-end machine tool spindles, high-speed motors, and turbochargers.
According to conservative data from leading research institutions such as QY Research, GIR, and MarketsandMarkets, the global silicon nitride bearing ball market is projected to reach US$330 million in 2025 and US$520 million in 2030, while the domestic market is expected to reach 7.5 billion RMB in 2025 and 12 billion RMB in 2030, with an average annual compound growth rate of approximately 10%.
